Dr. Paul’s philosophy of “care as family” is deeply rooted in his heritage. The Paul family’s m edical journey began over a century ago with his great-great-grandfather, who established a much-needed pharmacy in Calcutta, India. This legacy continued through five generations and three continents, with Dr. Paul’s grandfather and father dedicating their lives to medicine and community service.
His father, Dr. Tarak Paul, practiced medicine in the Chicago area for nearly 40 years. Today, Dr. Paul is proud to carry on this legacy of medicine and service. Not only does he continue providing his patients with superior care, but he also remains involved in teaching minimally invasive techniques to neurosurgeons and spinal surgeons from around the country—as well as from Asia, Africa, and Europe.
